It was Saturday morning and a new winter day was rising beyond the blocks.
In her room, Lydia was sleeping...she was dreaming with a warm smile on her face . In her dream she was in another world full of light, playing with a little boy who was hiding beyond the white curtain.
She managed to catch him and suddenly a cold shiver went down her back.~The playful wind had entered uninvited in her room.~
The little child's eyes were full of tears ; he smiled and faded away...
Lydia woke up suddenlyand looked through the window.She was surprised; outside, everything was white just like in her dream.
She went out on the balcony and looked at the grey city covered by snow.
All of a sudden white stars started to fall down from the sky.She stretched out her hands and a little flake landed on her finger.
Lydia looked at it enthusiastically butafter a few seconds it melted into cold drops.
She felt so sad for it and realised that all the happy moments are meant to be short just like the life of the little flake...nothing lasts forever.
